Hoong Woh Thong jelly

Just now went to the bedok outlet to eat the Gwei ling go jelly
meaning tortise jelly, is bitter, so need put honey to eat it. Even then it retains a bitter aftertaste. It's Cantonese in origin and you can find a lot of these stalls in Hong Kong. I believe that it retains the name, but my friends tell me that in Singapore, lots of herbs rather than the tortoise-shell is used to make this.

You should go try it refreshing on a hot weather like today!
