An unexpected performance highlight of the 2011 MTV European Music Awards was a naked man who decided to streak across the stage!
The naked fella ran across the stage while Hayden Panettiere was presenting an award.
A shocked Hayden stopped presenting and spoke to the mystery man for a moment, but unfortunately couldn't prevent him from assaulting everybody's eyes with a complete full frontal!
