Review: Minions

First of all, I WANT BE A MINIONS

They never die and they live for millions of years.

The movies is so funny. I like Bob. So cute. He has a bear name Tim.

This is a prequel to despicable me which tell how the minions become Gru henchmen. They spend millions of years finding a boss to serve. Almost a the boss they serve die in a tragedy until the 3 minions, Kevin ,Stuart and Bob go on a adventure to find a boss for them to serve.

They find Scarlet Overkill but she use them only to get the crown not as a permanent helpers.

In the end they saw a young Gru who steal the crown from Scarlet and they finally found a boss to serve.

It was same funny. Even not those who don't like to laugh will find it funny.

Minions are adorable...

Gundam in Singapore

For the first time in Singapore. A gundam statue is been display. It is at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Ngee Ann City.

There a sale of all type of Gundam figurine too. It at B2 Takashimaya Square. There also a special sg50 version . It retail at $38.90. Only 2 pieces each person can buy.

The exhibition and sale of gundam will end this last weekend.

It is much better to take pictures at night as it look nicer and has no sun to cause a blurry effect. When I was there the sun was blazing and it hard to take pics as there lights shining straight at the camera .

Review : Jurrassic World

Jurassic Park is one of my favourite movies. I can watch a lot without getting bored. So when they announced a fourth movie, I must go and watch it.

Those who never watch Jurassic Park before, where have you been all this while. Jurassic Park movie which they build a theme park of live dinosaur but end up the dinosaur rampage and cause chaos.
The first movie is about how they build the theme park and what happen when you deal with live dinosaur.

In the 2nd movie , it about a expedition to the island where they suppose to keep the dinosaur and how they try bring T rex to the main island and it cause chaos in the city.

The 3rd movie was about rescuing. They go to site b which the same island as the 2nd movie. Site B is where they keep the dinosaur before transfer to the main park in site a.

Jurassic world happen in site a. The original island which from first movie. They rebuild the park to become Jurassic world. After 22 years from the park supposedly open but never when the dinosaur rampage and destroy most of the buildings.

After 22 years, a new company has taken over the theme park and rebuilt it. It a thriving business . But they want a fiercer, dangerous and exciting dinosaur.

They manage to create a dinosaur which stronger then T-rex. The dinosaur manage to trick the handlers and escape. Cause havoc in the park.

The dinosaur was kill but the damage it does cause the park to closed once again. After reopen it close again.

Part 4 wasn't as good as the first movie but at least it was much better then part 3.

Go watch it. It not a waste if you decide to watch.

RIVER ISLAND may no longer in Singapore . But you still can get them. Online I mean.

Yes it not impossible to get them. They available online.

For me I will get this dress. Simple nice and can go for daytime to nighttime for a dance at the club.

It black and white which can pair with any kind of high heels to get that fantastical look. Make head turn once you enter the club. Not overly sexy but just enough.

I will pair with this black bag. It big enough to put all the essential item needed. Even have space to put those extra item which always on standby.

I usually get bags that can fit my item nicely. Not so big. Not so small. Stylish too and it black. Easy to match with all kind of colour.

For the guys this shorts is very essential to have. Just paid with a boots or sneakers and a nice collar tee or with a short sleeve shirt.

The colour will suit any colour top you thinking of wearing.

It also suitable for hot weather like what we getting now. So humid and hot. We can't wear jeans or pants when out shopping. So hot! Feel like want jump in the big pool every time we are out of the house.

Review: Tommorowland

Those who been to Disneyland will know about Tommorowland section of the part. It area dedicated the future of the world. The rides are created to look like what you will expect in the future. Those who never been to Disneyland , don't worry if you thinking of watching this movie and will be clueless on what it all about. It just based on the theme area. It has it own story line slightly different from the theme park section.

The movie started showing the world fair which Walt Disney built the first ever ride call It a small world. Those ride it will recognise the ride. It a dark boat ride which you ride a boat and go through animatronics . There no obstacle or drop. Just a slow boat ride.

Then once the lead actor pass through a section he was transport to another world call Tomorrowland.

This is where the story starts.

The character grow up and he has a problem that he need to stop but don't dare go back to tomorrowland until a young girl appear and she and him go to save the world with a robot that the character meet in the first time he was brought into tommorowland.

Overall the movie wasn't that great. It doesn't really explain on how he created the problem. Instead of doing a town that is advance the director decide to do it as a different dimension. Walt Disney ideas is a city of advance technology not another dimension. So it totally different. They also never mention about EPCOT. Epcot is where Walt Disney wanted his city to be. But it end up become a world permanent exhibition showcase the culture and everything about a country.

The movie compare to other Disney movies fare worse then expected . It not bad but it just don't really do justice to the original idea of a city.

This is the 3rd movie from Disney that base on the attraction from Disney land theme park. First was the hunted mansion then it was the successful pirates of the Caribbean series. Even the hunted mansion seem to fairych better.

I give only 2/5 . If only you a big Disney fans then go and watch if not best is to wait till it broadcast on tv or get the DVD.

Faked New Era Hat

Bought a hat on carousell. It was only $11. At first thinking it was authentic as the person say so.

But once got it and check it out. It look faked.

The sticker look like faked. Doesn't even look like the original stickers. It doesn't contain the star in the words 59 fifty. It usually will be 59fifty⭐.

Then inside the tag was badly sew. The tag use was wrong. It not even say hello kitty. But use the MLB  tag instead.

The top head button is slightly not in the centre.

All this confirm that the item is faked. If original it will not be so cheap.

I was wrong to think what I got was a original. I didn't think twice of buying it. But it just my luck.

To those who thinking of buying online. Must be careful as there so much faked everywhere currently.

They will say it original but it faked. They even never inform you that it is faked too.
They will we it to you and you thinking you bought a original hat.

To check new era hat if it is authentic.
1) Check the tag to see if it real and correct tag
2) Make sure the sticker is the correct one . Since the sticker has different type for different hats.
3) Check the size to see if it the same as the sticker stated.
4) the inside button make sure it stamp with new era stamp.
5) Price, if too cheap then it is not original.

Can Google and check on the new era cap forum. They will have ways to check. If still in doubt, email new era to check with pictures.

I learn my lesson, before confirm need to check if the item is original.
