Faked New Era Hat

Bought a hat on carousell. It was only $11. At first thinking it was authentic as the person say so.

But once got it and check it out. It look faked.

The sticker look like faked. Doesn't even look like the original stickers. It doesn't contain the star in the words 59 fifty. It usually will be 59fifty⭐.

Then inside the tag was badly sew. The tag use was wrong. It not even say hello kitty. But use the MLB  tag instead.

The top head button is slightly not in the centre.

All this confirm that the item is faked. If original it will not be so cheap.

I was wrong to think what I got was a original. I didn't think twice of buying it. But it just my luck.

To those who thinking of buying online. Must be careful as there so much faked everywhere currently.

They will say it original but it faked. They even never inform you that it is faked too.
They will we it to you and you thinking you bought a original hat.

To check new era hat if it is authentic.
1) Check the tag to see if it real and correct tag
2) Make sure the sticker is the correct one . Since the sticker has different type for different hats.
3) Check the size to see if it the same as the sticker stated.
4) the inside button make sure it stamp with new era stamp.
5) Price, if too cheap then it is not original.

Can Google and check on the new era cap forum. They will have ways to check. If still in doubt, email new era to check with pictures.

I learn my lesson, before confirm need to check if the item is original.
