Been ages since I went to east coast park
It like months that I went to walk
I took a long walk nice weather sea breeze!!!
It was cooling
Should wear lighter like a tank and shorts!
Anyway saw a few people BBQ and picnic even though it a weekday
A wednesday to be exact!
I have a good sweat walking along the path
Been long since I go run or walk long distance
Thinking of swimming in the morning
Mmmm maybe
East coast nothing much changes except that there changes! Marine cove no longer has a stage!!
I been long want go big splash and play lolliput golf
Anyway on my way home now
Bath and sleep
