On singpost tracking say it not found. Then on royal mail say on the way to singapore.
I dont know who to blame. I getting annoyed as both side to ask is not simple.
No straight email or a form to enquiries.
Best right. Singpost has bad reputation on lost parcel.
Really annoyed now.
I wish they used DHL OR UPS. Like Roxy uses UPS.
