We all think ebay is safe but it isnt 100% safe.
There is dead buyer. They will bid then once won they go MIA. Email, private message all no reply.
Some are worse. Sell you an item. Then payment made. No item received.
In singapore even strict law still have this kind of thing. What worse is they uses ebay!
If next time you saw empty comment on a profile becareful dealing with them.
