On the main island we have like 5-6 beaches but usually it full of family. So mostly we see is family will wear as if they wanna go to orchard.
The best beach usually we go is sentosa 3 beach. Yes most young hang out. With mutiple beach bar and restaurant.
So when we go dont wear as if you going to orchard road. I always amuse at this people. So if you wabt go do know what to wear. For guys is topless abd boardshort. If shy wear a tanktop or a cool t-shirt.
Something like this, there billabong,ripcurl,quicksilver,volcom and other brands too. Dont go buy something from cheap shops unless you dont mind people see you tear your shorts.
Do wear a swimming trunks or swimsuit under your shorts. It to prefer you drop your shorts at least it not your grandma undies.
For the girls
Wear a bikini. Yes it the only beach you can wear one. Without feeling that you are the only one. Then if you shy wear a tank top over it. Or a boardshorts. But dont wear both at same time. Look like you rather go east coast beach.
I just want share some tips if we go to a sentosa beach. As you know it where the only beach you can wear a bikini and walk arounx without thd feeling of alone wearing something that look alien to the rest.
Typing this remind me i need get another boardshorts and maybe a swimsuit too.
