Hong Kong Disneyland :Grizzly Gulch

The walkway to Glizzy Gluch.

I was intend to go mystic point to ride mystic manor but it not yet open so I went to the Glizzy Gluch to ride the mine car ride.

The centre piece is the mountain called Big Grizzly Mountain. Inside is the roller coaster ride which has no loops but has sharp turns and even go backwards. It wasn't that scary but if you seat in the front it will be thrilling.

It not for those who hate roller coaster. The entrance is shape like a shop house. There lots of shops type building around the area. Some of it contain a restaurant and one is the restroom.

There even a jail. You can go in take pictures as if you are in a jail. Even has writing on the wall to look like real jail. 

There even a building that look like a shop in the 1800s.

I can't record or take any pics of the rides as it is a roller coaster. 

The ride go up a small mountain before it turn around and round. 

Overall it a great ride. Best to ride in the evening.

When I was there, there isn't much people riding it. Maybe I go early. It best to skip doing the Fantasyland rides first as there where most people will go to ride first. Cause there lots of rights suitable for kids.

Hong Kong Disneyland : The adventures of Winnie the Pooh

For this ride there is Fast Pass. One out of 2 rides with fast pass, the other one is Space Mountain. 

This ride is similar to the other ride in other Disney Parks . So it not much different. Only the ride is different in Tokyo as they uses a different technology for the vehicle. The vehicle is trackless which is the same as Mystic Manor in Hong Kong.

The queue starts where you enter a storybook. It like reading through a book about pooh and his friends. Those who don't know , pooh is a boy. 

Here is the ride vehicle which can fit 4 per ride. It a dark ride suitable for all ages though they have a height limit. The ride is very popular so best is to get the fast pass. Fast pass is not express pass. But a pass which you can come back at a certain timing to ride it. It skip the standby queue so you will be in front of the main queue. But you can only get it once.

I nearly miss my timing as I was at autotopia riding the car ride. Was caught in a jam. 

The ride begin by pooh telling a story.

It not a 3D ride but mostly a animatronic ride. Full of pooh and his friends. 

This is so cute. Tigger jumping on pooh.

It end in a book. It starts in a book and ends like a book. It so call we went through a book and all start to move.

I love how they do the ride. But they need upgrade the vehicle. It look rather old design. Other then that it a great ride!

Hong Kong Disneyland : It a small world ride

After watching Tommorowland the movie there a scene where the actor goes on a ride in the It a small world and then drop below to go into a future city.

I always like to watch theme park ride videos on YouTube. So when I saw the ride I quickly go queue to try how it is like.

To go to the ride need to walk under the bridge which is the rail way bridge. Lots of family I saw was seating there as there were shades. It not that cooling as there not much wind.

I walk pass and saw the building. It look like you has come to a fantasy world. 

The clock tower in the middle look so funny with it oddly of telling the time. 

The queue area is a continuation of the same design as the outside building. It a dark ride so the queue is dark compare to other rides.

I get a pink boat or what they call it buggy? It a water ride so the boat move along a river . It a slow ride so there isn't any drops or fast speed. 

It wasn't crowded so I get to ride at the back alone. I like where I get to ride alone with no body beside me. 

The ride is about a world that is small and connected us. It has different section which the music continue and the voices is in different languages and even the music has slightly different according the countries in the section.

The first part don't have much just a hello.

After passing then it starts with a welcome banner

The songs start playing it a small whole, it repeated till we exit the ride. It sang in different version as we pass through different section.

They even have Disney characters added which only have in Hong Kong version only. In other version they doesn't have it.

Even have Nemo.

The ending is where all the kids sing together all wear in white to show it a small world.

I really like the ride. Those has doll phobia should not ride it. As they used doll and make it dancing repeatedly.

This is the first ride Walt Disney actually design so it a must to go at any Disneyland.

Hong Kong Disneyland

It been my dream to go to Disneyland for a very long time. Ever since I was young I like to watch Disney cartoons. It different from others as the cartoon are more fun and funny.

I always wish I get to go to the one in the US but it so expensive even to travel to the US. The next best is Tokyo but that too is expensive. Flight alone is already $2000-3000. That why I always wish they built one in Singapore. There use to be news that they going build one in the 90s but the talk fails. They instead build a temporary festival type of show call Disneyfest. I has posted on Disney fest before . Just that it difficult to get the info and details as in 1997 there not much internet. There even a MRT station in. Singapore that been on standby for the theme park but it wasn't been use in the end and still not been use. Those who ride the Red line will know there a area which has a longer distance to next stop.

I will post separately the rides and it theme areas so it will not get mess up.

I went on Monday which a weekday here in Hong Kong so does in others part of the world. The crowd is not as busy as in the others days.

A panorama view of the main entrance with the Disneyland Railway station. It a hot day when I went. But I still bring my jacket just in case it get cold. It did get colder in the evening time. Most of the rides is only 10-30 mins of waiting. Which is good as the weather is hot and some has no airconditioning . Like Autopia ride which is mostly open with fans.

I manage to go some ride twice. Most of the rides is more towards for the children.

As Christmas is near they have already have the decoration. So fast they remove Halloween and change to Christmas.

This is a decoration in the shape of Mickey. In Disneyland there lots of hidden Mickey which you can find. If I not wrong I hear they will give you a price if you get to find all which is difficult as it is hidden!
