Public transport fares go up on Oct 8

Wtf

Yes it going to up by 1%
It sound little but 1% is $15 millions increase in revenue

So by October 8, all fares go up 1 cents for ezlink and 10 cents for cash
If 1 cents X 30 is 30 cents per month
Seem little but it is alot

You may not care and say 1 cent only but if after a couple of months then you realise it getting expensive

But why increase, alot of reasons was given
Oil price increase, more workers needed bla bla !!!

But services still suck !
Crowded bus and trains
Delay bus!! Rude bus driver eg, say hello hello you never pay oi!

Why not spend the increase in educating and reorganise

Mmmmm I don't think so!
They just want more!

The public transport council us just yes yes!!!

What to do
Time for me buy bicycle and learn to ride to orchard and back daily then

But then they provide discount
If you alight before 7 45 am at city area station 30 cents discount
Now is 7 30 am and it 10 cents
Elderly no need wait till 9am
It will be all the way
All this start on Oct 8

I guess it time for me to apply for the voucher then
Community centre here I come


Bicycle can make me lost weight though
Hehe
