Black Butler (Japanese movie adaptation on the famous manga Black Butler) out in cinema April 17

Black Butler also known as Kuroshitsuji has a live action movie adaptation.

It finally being shown in singapore. It opens April 17. Only being shown at Film Garde at Bugis+.

Those who watch the anime or read the manga will know about the story. Ceil and his butler, Sebastian and his love finance Elizabeth.

This is a limited time only. So do go watch it. It include english sub.

Also Studio Gibli new movie will be screen at the cinema too. Though look out for the opening date.

Library@orchard is back

For those of you who remember the old library@orchard at Ngee Ann City, you’ll know it was a much loved presence in Orchard Road. It featured a lifestyle-focussed collection , an open stage and the first graphic novel collection (manga collection etc) in any of public libraries. I always go if I go orchard for shopping or just walk around. The library closed in 2007 due to non-renewal of lease.

The new library@orchard will be coming back! The new library will be located at Orchard Gateway shopping centre, and is slated to open in the first quarter of 2014.
