Resort World ticketing problem

This is the first time i encounter problem buying tickets online from the website.

It never happen to me. I bought a few times from the website and never encounter any problem.

Actually i wasnt piss off but was angry after they told no purchase was made. Who not angry right. I google and saw not much has encounter the problem. Or only one or two. I feel so unlucky.

But i not angry as i know sure once in awhile this can happen. I try find ways to try if can reprint. As when on the website i press print it say error. And no email received. So i lucky to print screen and got the confirmation no.
But when i decide to sent them a email. This what i get in reply

Ask me repurchase. Lucky i calm myself and reply my details. End up i already paid. Just system got problem.

They apology but it kinda the first email reply was the one make me piss off.

In the end the email arrived at 3pm.
24hrs after purchase. Lucky i not going today. If not rush to print.

It put me off to purchase online. But i need get the express pass. Haiz.

Anyone has same experience before?
