Bad service

This is my 2nd time received a bad service.
This time happen at Tampines mall.

This a branded shop not some small shop.

Let me start. I go few outlets and it seem the one I want is not on sale at the store or other outlet. I went ask the salesgirl. She look puzzle at me. I show her and she say no. It like wtf. I just go off.

At least ask your other store or something. Check your hq or anything. But she just say NO.

So bad service. Customer enter no greeting. Go orchard central. They so happy to serve.

This what i hate to shop at local stores sometime.
